Bridges Program is an incentive program, where clients can earn “baby bucks” points to exchange for baby care items in our boutique. It is open to men and women who are either pregnant or have recently had a baby are seeking support and assistance.
Taught by caring professionals and volunteers, Bridges classes give you the opportunity to become familiar with the physical and behavioral development of your baby. You will learn skills ranging from caring for your newborn to parenting through pre-school, as well as other important parenting issues and life skills. Our topics include:
Childbirth & Development ClassesChildbirth, Infant Development and Infant Massage classes prepare expectant parents for the birth of their child through multi-session classes. Parents also receive knowledge about the growth stages from infant to toddler.
In addition, the Infant Massage class is designed for new parents and their babies to promote communication and bonding through loving touch. All of these classes are taught by a certified RN or therapist.
Our expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program is offered through The Ohio State University Extension School. It provides basic nutrition education with hands-on learning opportunities. Participants learn how to:
Our Budgeting Class provides basic education on how to develop and follow a budget.
Our 8 week parenting class is taught by a certified professional. It focuses on specific family and childcare issues up to the first three years of a child’s life. The goal is to provide the positive foundation for parenting, thereby reducing the likelihood of abuse or neglect.
Our MOMS Group (Moms Offering Moms Support) provides support and discussion on “Hot Topics” from a spiritual and Biblical perspective. Topics include:

Front Line Fathers ProgramDedicated to meeting the needs of fathers within our communities, the Front Line Fathers Program is a father's outreach program, including individual and group male mentoring.
